Terms of service · founder-review draft
Terms built for a working product.
1. The service
employee0 generates and operates a landing page from information you provide. Free accounts get one generated site, published on an employee0 hostname. The service includes bounded AI-assisted edits, lead capture, measured analytics, and an optional nightly suggestion.
2. Your responsibilities
You must have the right to submit your content and use the names, offers, links, and claims on your site. You are responsible for reviewing every page and proposal before publishing or approving it, responding lawfully to leads, and keeping external prices and checkout links accurate.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use employee0 for impersonation, scams or multi-level marketing, prohibited regulated claims, adult content, hate, weapons, controlled substances, malware, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, or any activity that violates another person’s rights. Automated policy checks may block publication or suspend a hostname. You may appeal a decision to team@employee0.com.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Plan allowances and prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payment failure may restrict new paid work during the retry period and will eventually unpublish the site; it does not immediately delete company data.
5. Dormancy and deletion
After a paid entitlement ends, a site becomes unavailable while its company data and hostname are held for 45 days. Resubscribing during that window can restore the last publication unchanged. An account-deletion request unpublishes immediately and is recoverable for 14 days before purge. Retired hostnames are never reassigned.
6. AI output and availability
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. employee0 validates structure and applies a publication policy gate, but these controls do not replace your review or professional advice. We may change, pause, or discontinue features and may temporarily disable new AI work while keeping existing published sites available.
7. Ownership and license
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant employee0 the limited rights needed to process it, render your site, operate the service, prevent abuse, and provide support. Subject to payment and these terms, you may export your leads and use the rendered business content the service creates for you.
8. Disclaimers, liability, and governing terms
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Final warranty exclusions, liability caps, indemnities, governing law, dispute process, business entity, address, tax language, and notice mechanics remain counsel-review items and must be completed before these terms are activated for paid use.
